Just like everywhere else in this culinary tradition, be prepared for new flavors and interesting ingredient combinations! We now continue our exploration of this cuisine through its side dishes; many of these are very closely tied to a specific main dish but, to simplify this site's layout I felt it was better to devote all required attention to each individual recipe and post them in a separate section. Well, what else to say but how to better accompany a brazilian main course but with these authentic side dishes... Most of these dishes are easy to make and will only require a few special ingredients, and you already have many ingredients already at hand - very much worth the effort!
