Brazilian Side Dishes or Accompaniments...

Just like everywhere else in this culinary tradition, be prepared for new flavors and interesting ingredient combinations! We now continue our exploration of this cuisine through its side dishes; many of these are very closely tied to a specific main dish but, to simplify this site's layout I felt it was better to devote all required attention to each individual recipe and post them in a separate section. Well, what else to say but how to better accompany a brazilian main course but with these authentic side dishes... Most of these dishes are easy to make and will only require a few special ingredients, and you already have many ingredients already at hand - very much worth the effort!

So, here are my side dish recipes, added to this section for their deliciousness - and culinary importance - from Brazil straight to your dining table...
